Returns & Exchange Policy

Household of Faith Ministries is dedicated to serving partners, donors, and visitors with integrity. Because we operate as a nonprofit ministry, the following return policies apply.

1. Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable.

2. Event Registrations

If a registrant cancels, refunds may be issued at the ministry’s discretion.

3. Digital Products

All digital downloads, teachings, or online resources are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical products are offered:

• Returns are accepted for unopened, unused items within 4 days of delivery.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 4 days with order details so we can issue a replacement.
